Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the V-Shape iOS application ("App") operated by Cagatay Koroglu ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using V-Shape, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use V-Shape on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

V-Shape may offer auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Edit or manipulate photos of other individuals without their explicit consent.
• Use the App to create deceptive, misleading, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or its content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and assets within V-Shape are the exclusive property of Cagatay Koroglu and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written permission.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of any photos you edit using V-Shape. By using the App, you confirm you have the necessary rights to edit any photos you process. We do not claim any rights over your content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

V-Shape is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
